5. Consultant Data Access & Sharing

AccoTick follows a controlled and permission-based consultant access model, which is not public or open sharing.

5.1 Consultant Appointment

Consultants are added or removed only by the business user through customer care. Any addition or removal of a consultant is:

• Notified via registered email
• Visible in the user’s AccoTick profile

5.2 Scope of Consultant Access

When access is granted, consultants receive view-only access to assigned client reports.

Consultants can:

• View accounting summaries and reports
• Generate statutory and compliance-related reports

Consultants cannot:

• Modify, delete, or alter client data
• Change accounting entries
• Edit business records

5.3 Data Integrity & Control

• Client data cannot be modified by consultants
• All data control remains with the business owner
• Any access is strictly limited to compliance and reporting purposes

This ensures data integrity, confidentiality, and audit safety.
